Shipping Options

We aim to despatch parcels within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We offer various shipping types for all UK customers:

• Standard Tracked  (Estimated 2-5 Business Days*)
  
• Courier Tracked (1-3 Business Days Estimate but NOT including Saturdays)

*This is in accordance with Royal Mail policy.

Our standard tracked service is Evri and Royal Mail; our courier service is UPS and DPD. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched which will also include tracking information with the applicable delivery company. 

We offer a single type of shipping for international customers:

• UPS International

International orders may be subject to an import fee payable by the customer on delivery.  Please check your local country importation rules and fees accordingly before ordering.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email.  You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled by our warehouse staff.  

Order Shipment

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, we aim to ship within one to two business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided at check out. (Remember to check your spam folder as well). If you do not receive tracking information from us within two business days, feel free to follow up with us by using our Contact Form on the homepage or alternatively reply to your order confirmation email.
