Maybe A Little About Me

My biggest influences in bodybuilding most definitely were Flex Lewis and Evan Centopani

I had the opportunity to see Flex win the Overall British Championships here in the UK back in 2007. From that day, I dreamt of achieving the same. He set the bar and the bar was met because i was motivated. Evan was a huge part of the momentum as I used to watch his videos over and over again. When bodybuilding got hard, I pushed back by consuming such content to build me up and make me believe it was possible.

Wouldn't have made it this far without them paving the way.

I started bodybuilding competitively in April of 2008. That was my first competition as a Jr at the UKBFF south coast. I placed 2nd and qualified for the British championships. I first lifted seriously around the age of fourteen in my friend's garage. However, I have had light training equipment in my bedroom ever since the year 2000!

I still have desire to win, I still feel like I'm not done and I follow that feeling. A very raw and natural energy to push for progress. I'm still improving, so we keep going.

I have a significant interest in gaming. I dabble often and like to keep it in there as something that allows me to switch off mentally when needed. It's social now that we have online play with easy chat formats so you get to speak to friends. I love Resident Evil..an unhealthy amount!

It's strange to advise my younger self because I'm grateful to him for getting me here. His choicesd though sometimes difficult ultimately led me to this place and I have a lot to be grateful for. A beautiful daughter and an amazing partner. Extended family like Gasp and BEtter bodies. Young James got me here.

UKBFF Junior 1st Place

My first show win, one year on from my first ever competition and nearly 9 years on from first picking up the weights to train..

2017

UKBFF British Champion - Pro Card

8 years on from my first junior win, I took the win in the over 100kg class and claimed the overall win, securing my Pro Card.

This was a foundational day.

2020

IFBB Europa Pro 1st Place & British 1st Place

2020 was a strange year. Ups and downs while the world changed.

For me bodybuilding changed forever in 2020, but the memories of claiming the British & Europa titles hold a special place.

2022

IFBB Tsunami Cup 1st Place

Japan. What an amazing place. A package on stage I was happy with and taking a pro win is always a memorable day.

But for sure, there was more work to be done....

2025

IFBB Detroit Pro 3rd

The result I needed to fuel the fire. A lot happened in my life post 2022 and getting back on stage in Detroit cemented the belief back in me to continue chasing the dream.

Relentless progression over everything.
